Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
We want our products to make you more relaxed, content and happy. Sometimes something can go wrong, and we do like to avoid stress. So, if your purchase doesnt reach you in good condition or event not at all, please contact hello@thehappyladder.org for a resend. If you have made a purchase of a physical product you have the right to return the product undamaged and in its original packaging within 14 days and we will refund within 30 days. Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any services agreement for any reason, including the ending of services before the goods are underway.
