I am Jessica Silva and I am thrilled to welcome you into our short programme to help you create the life balance you are looking for. I’m a scientist by training, a professionally trained coach, and have spent my career helping people improve their wellbeing.
I have created this programme for you, using the latest evidence for what really works to make lasting change, and things I’ve learned in 20 years of studying behaviour change.
