Hello and welcome to the Happy Ladder podcast. In this three-part series we are looking at energy. Our own energy. What it is, how we manage it, and most importantly how we can get more of it. Over the next three episodes we are going to look at what things actually work to feel more energised, how you can manage your energy levels when you have a lot going on, and what you can do to recharge . 

Find out if chewing gum can boost your alertness, why spending time with the right people can impact your energy, happiness and overall wellbeing. And, why not taking care of ourselves is selfish. 

We are Carole Sullivan, Jess Silva and Jacqui Burger. Together we started the Happy Ladder – a research project into what little steps we can take to feel more relaxed, content and happy in everyday life. We’ve spent the last four years examining what things actually work to improve our wellbeing. Together we have written a book on life balance, made a set of inspirational cards, and this is our first podcast series.
