Journal Prompts

Journaling has been proven to have many benefits and yet it can be difficult to know where to start. Thought provoking questions can help with this and it is for this reason we included Journal Prompts and space to write, in our book. 

Journaling may be something that you want to do daily, or just when you are overwhelmed, emotional or have some things to deal with.  The action of writing down thoughts can really help you clarify your feelings and emotions. It helps the brain to clarify all the thoughts that can be tumbling around, that are distracting and make a good night’s sleep more difficult.
